PhilosophyAt Hallingstuene we are mainly serving game dishes with an honest taste.
We do not want to be called a Gourmet restaurant, but a good food and wine house.
Some times we travel with all of our staff abroad, and than especially to France.
Four to five times a year we change our a la carte menu. But a lot of our game dishes
Also we are proud to be able to offer traditional dishes from good and local producers. And during the summer, almost all of our herbs come from Gerd Åsberg located in Dagali. Some of our specialities we make after demand, and is not listed in our a la carte menu.
